“ This place is AMAZING. We found it by accident as we were driving through on our way north. Hands down the best vegan soul food I have ever tasted. Collard greens were complex and flavorful, the corn bread was absolutely luscious, and the sauce on the vegan brisket was out of this wold. If they were in Minneapolis I'd eat there every single day. The space was bright and cheerful and the staff was incredibly welcoming. What a treat! ”
“ Some of the Best Vegan restaurants around in the Mid Town area. Delighted with amazing Service. Polite and welcoming Food options were at the Most inexpensive menu options The taste leaves you wanting to order to go after your meal. NO disappointing moment here!!! ”
“ Cute little vegan street food café with a small town, super friendly vibe! The Buffalo Mac had some spicy zing and my omnivore friend really enjoyed the barbecue "chicken" sandwich. Even the homemade chips were fabulous! BUT THE CORNBREAD! It's the absolute best cornbread I have ever tasted in my life! Genuinely delightful, I'm definitely going to make this a regular stop! ”
“ amazing vegan comfort food! everything was delicious, but the greens were next level, i couldn't stop eating them! the banana pudding cake took me right back to my grandmas house. the service was great, super friendly staff. definitely recommend! ”
“ Very nice people, I ordered the nachos (gluten-free!) and since they were out of Jackfruit and I can’t eat gluten or soy. The options were Jackfruit, Seitan (which I didn’t know what it was but apparently it is vital wheat gluten. No thanks I have Celiac), so I got extra beans. The cheese and sour cream is made with cashews. The whole restaurant is Vegan, I am not but saw the menu and found gluten-free and soy free options and since it is vegan I don’t have to worry about dairy products. Oh my goodness the nachos were so good, it’s a good thing I got the mild because they were a little bit spicy so the spicy nachos would have been too much. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cool too, the walls are painted by a local artist with flowers. My Mom ordered the BBQ Chic salad and she thought it contained chicken, she was confused when I told her there wasn’t because the restaurant was entirely vegan. ”
“ Great news location that head been open since September 2020. Menu items that are vegan friendly but still with all the flavor you expect in a comfort food meal! Nice , clean interior with vibrant color scheme. The cashier was very friendly and smelled pleasant. Will definitely be back. ”
“ Mmmm just enjoyed the BBQ Brisket Sammich, beans and Banana Pudding Cake SO SO GOOD! Always a welcoming space with owners who obviously care about the community and their customers. Their brisket is made from thin sliced smoked tofu and it is killer. Everything is always so good—nachos, Mac, breakfast… Definitely recommend! ”
